OUR CSR APPROACH
Commitments translated into concrete actions
In 2025, TMFCT took a significant step forward by joining two Bpifrance programs dedicated to energy transition and decarbonization. This initiative marks the official launch of our CSR policy across the Group.
OUR VISION OF CSR
A WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT
At TMFCT, we are convinced that a company's performance is also built on its ability to act responsibly and sustainably.
Our CSR approach is fully aligned with this vision. It is based on three priorities: our social impact, our environmental impact, and our local and community roots. These three dimensions allow us to give a concrete framework to our commitments and to sustainably evolve our practices.
Our responsibility doesn't stop at our own business. We also want to support our clients in their transition, by developing solutions that help reduce their carbon footprint and address the challenges of their sector.
This approach reflects our desire to move forward concretely, rigorously, and sustainably. Measuring our impacts, identifying our levers for action, mobilizing our teams, and collectively improving our practices: this is how we intend to make CSR a true driver of transformation for TMFCT.

Innovation in service of the transition
Innovation is an important lever in TMFCT's CSR strategy, with the objective of developing technologies to improve equipment performance and support customers in reducing their environmental impact.
TMFCT Green
TMFCT implements concrete solutions to reduce your carbon footprint: energy optimization of ovens, improvement of combustion, insulation or even conversion of gas equipment to electric.
Reducing our customers' CO₂ impact
Studies are currently underway for:
- Development of decarbonized combustion systems.
- Hydrogen-based solutions.
- Replacing gas burners with electric systems.
The environment
TMFCT wishes to reduce its environmental impact by acting on several levers: the development of renewable energies, the improvement of energy efficiency, the responsible management of waste and the reduction of its carbon footprint.
Renewable energy production
388 photovoltaic panels were installed in July 2025 to produce clean, renewable energy.
In 2025 (5 months):
- Annual production in MWh: 50,055
- Self-consumption rate: 46%
- CO₂ equivalent avoided: 20.022 tonnes
Energy efficiency
LED technology program undertaken to improve the energy efficiency of installations.
- Presence detectors.
- Installation of reversible air conditioners connected via Wi-Fi for remote control.
Sustainable waste management
We have implemented a waste sorting and recycling system. This includes paper, cardboard, wood, metal, household waste, and coffee grounds.
This approach helps to promote the recycling and recovery of our waste, while raising awareness among our employees about good daily practices.
Low carbon strategy
TMFCT has carried out its first carbon footprint assessment in order to measure its footprint, identify the main sources of emissions and guide its carbon emission reduction plan.

Our commitment to society
TMFCT wishes to actively contribute to the dynamism of its territory by supporting local actors, promoting integration and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives.
Local support
TMFCT supports the local community, notably as a sponsor of a sports association in Vernouillet.
Partnership with Anaïs for the maintenance of our green spaces (ESAT).
Support for entrepreneurship
TMFCT supports entrepreneurs and business creators through Réseau Entreprendre.

Partnership with the Eure-et-Loir agglomeration to introduce young people to business professions through trade fairs, workshops…
