The user must therefore provide a valid email address, to which the site will send confirmation of their registration for its services. An email address cannot be used more than once to register for services.

Any communication made by TMFCT and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the user. The user therefore undertakes to regularly check messages received at this email address and to respond within a reasonable time if necessary.

Only one registration for the site's services is permitted per individual.

The user is assigned a username allowing them to access a space reserved for them (hereinafter “Personal Space”), in addition to entering their password.

The username and password can be changed online by the user in their Personal Account. The password is personal and confidential, and the user undertakes not to disclose it to third parties.

TMFCT reserves the right to refuse any request for registration to the services in the event of non-compliance by the user with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. UNSUBSCRIBE

Registered users may unsubscribe at any time by visiting the dedicated page in their Personal Space. Any unsubscription from the site will take effect immediately after the user has completed the form provided for this purpose.

ARTICLE 8. RESPONSIBILITIES

The publisher is only responsible for content that it has published itself.

The publisher is not responsible for:

  • In the event of technical or IT issues or failures, or issues relating to the compatibility of the website with any hardware or software whatsoever;
  • Direct or indirect, material or immaterial, foreseeable or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use or difficulties in using the site or its services;
  • Intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, particularly those relating to the unreliability and lack of security of the information circulating on it;
